I hired Lance to handle an immigration matter back in 2023. Since I hired him, he has not responded to any of my calls and dropped off the face of the earth. I was not happy with the services rendered. He has failed me with his unprofessionalism. Stay away from him!

After a year waiting for an adoption, my case was given to Lance for continuance and within 6 months It was finalized and all thanks to him. He's was always available and quick to return my calls, kept me updated of every step of my case and took time to go pver the charges. I recommend him 100%

Lance was a great choice for my USCIS case. After initially being denied citizenship, Lance made the petition and reapplication process go ever so smoothly. He gave me confidence in my case, was extremely knowledgable, as well as prompt, with all phone calls and email responses. Over and over again Lance made mistakes on my fiancee' visa forms. Every time I voiced my concerns he would either ignore them or blame his mistakes on me. We were approved but I feel I did most of the leg work and Lance could care less as he was paid in advance. I did my best to give him a chance to do right by me. Names misspelled, addresses incorrect, receipt number incorrect from USCIS but he again blamed that on me even though I cut and paste it directly from his PDF form that HE emailed me. I'm fair and honest, and honestly I would not recommend Lance Malcolm to anyone! I just hope his firm takes care of me. If not, I'll submit a follow up review. Zero stars would be a good option!

Lance has helped me with a custody matter, giving professional advice and while calming my fears and anxiety. He is prompt in responses to calls and emails, and is right to the point. I will definitely be using him again down the road for any other custodial issues.
