I am VERy pleased with Brian Manchester! He was very understanding when it came to how I felt, and he IS A VERy EDCUATED MAN That knows what he is doing!! He had NEVER seen my charges before, but did his homework while we sat right there in his office!! And he was very thorough !! He kept in contact with me through it all!!! And was very open about what to expect in a worst case scenario... but assured me that he would fight for me!! He even set up reasonable payment arrangement beings it was around the holidays !!! Wonderful man, knowledgeable, understanding, and very companionate and straightforward. Would recommend him and his firm ... Thank you so much Brian Manchester !!!!

I would recommend Manchester & Associates to any person in need of representation for serious felony offenses. I was pulled over by a PA state trooper and facing two felonies and a 8 month minimum jail sentence. I wanted to avoid jail time at all cost, even if that meant pleading guilty. I did not see a way out of my situation without serving a jail sentence. Because I was driving the car I thought my case was black and white I was "caught red handed" as the saying goes. Brian took me through every step of the process and kept me very informed on what options I had available to me. Three months after I bailed out the cops released the tape of me being pulled over. Brian reviewed the video of the stop and informed me that the PA state trooper had no reason to pull me over at all. This information changed my entire case as well as what I was willing to plea to. The district attorney offered me multiple plea deals but with no priors I wanted to keep my record clean and decided to fight the charges. Brian worked hard and I received NO JAIL TIME. Also, my criminal record is clean so I have a second chance with my career path that would not be available to me with a felony on my record. I'm thankful for Brian Manchester and if you're looking for representation in the state of PA look no further Brian Manchester is the best choice.

Mr. Manchester represented me for four charges in a very strict and difficult county with a horrible jail in southern PA. I was facing jail time and I have a long list of prior offenses. To say the least I was extremely nervous about the outcome and having to spend time in jail, loose my employment, and all the other life changing items that could happen. August 1, 2018 Shortly after 8:00 am today, I called the number for the office of attorney Brian Manchester. Expecting an assistant to gather my information, I was greeted by the voice of Mr. Manchester answering his phone personally on his way into court. He listened to me with politeness and great earnest, then patiently gave advice and explained my options for the future of my case, if ever needed. This greatly reduced my self- made stress of a very foolish decision made. Even before reading his online reviews of the extensive collection of positive feedback, my gut instinct told me I should call! Because of it I will finally be able to sleep better tonight. I contacted his office at 3 pm on Tuesday and by 8:30 am Wednesday my issue was fully resolved. In May 2017 I rushed my son to the hospital unknowinging the horrible diesaster that would come of this Emergency room trip where I took my 8 moth old to be seen. All day I wore my fire arm on my side like mostly every day I do being a young mom in a town that’s going downhill by criminals that rob and do senseless acts. After I realized the uncomfort of the check in Nurse I decided to call my son’s father to come sit with my and son I while I take my gun to my car. I come back in and a woman made a false report because she heard PART of my sentence spoken between me and my sons father. And police showed up in response to a call of an ACTIVE shooter. My gun never left my holster, and the report was misleading and I was unarmed when I supposedly made a threat. I was arrested and my son was left behind at the hospital. No legal guardian, no emergency contacts were contacted by hospital staff and I was sitting in jail, confused and missing my kids badly. I was bailed out, thankfully. I went to my sisters were she got on google and found Brian Manchester. I begged, borrowed and pleaded for money to hire Mr Manchester which I’m still paying back the man that lent the money to me. No complaints though, had my jury trial on Tuesday May 22nd and during that trial I witnessed Brian Manchester do a closing statement that showed the jury the truth, and he was very compassionate during the whole trial. He was determined to get the truth out and he did. I’m sitting at home watching my 3 year old daughter and my now 1 and a half year old son sleep and I owe it all to Brian Manchester. Smartest move I made was hiring him. He don’t give up, he knows a lot about the law and our rights. Any one ever tells you to get a “bulldog attorney” then call Brian Manchester. When he fights for you he really fights for you. I’ll always suggest him to anyone. 5 stats for sure. You don’t understand how long that year and one week was. Now I get to watch my children grow up with my in their lives and see my daughter go to her first day of headstart in sept. Be here for my sons second birthday in sept, and breath fresh air. I felt scared in the beginning, and trapped because one woman made up a false report that could of ruined my life. But with Brian as my attorney I got my life back, My kids got their mommy, and I still got tears of joy knowing that I made the right choice when hiring the best attorney I could have. As for anyone going through what I did, please know your rights and please hire Brian Manchester. Don’t plead guilty because they offer a “good deal” and make you feel like there’s no out. If you don't hire Brian Manchester, you just may be legally insane. I have 4 DUI in 6 years, 5 lifetime. I was facing 1-5yrs. State Prison MANDATORY MINIMUM for my 3rd in 10. I served 60 days county. With my 4th in 10 still pending, I'm facing 18-60 months State Prison MANDATORY MINIMUM. The District Attorney would not move off this sentence. That did not deter Brian Manchester. By the time he was done this morning, I have to serve 11 months in county with work release. His work behind the scenes and what I witnessed in the court room this morning was impressive. I'm sitting home with my feet up right now writing this because the judge told me go home and relax and report to county tomorrow. Crazy right?? There's more... the judge remarked at end, and I quote, " I've never given a sentence like this in 22yrs on the bench ". Don't waste your time deciding on which attorney to hire. Pay Brian Manchester and get out of his way. If you don't, you just may be legally insane.
