You will regret not calling Manchester and Associates! In 2015, I received a DUI, and I was legitimately guilty, I still could not have gotten a better outcome without Manchester and Associates. Fast-forward to 2022 and 2023, and I was charged falsely with two DUIs, 3 months apart, by the exact same two Pennsylvania State Troopers and now will be on trial twice, before the end of 2024. The mistake of thinking innocence mattered makes me naive. But most consequential was going against my gut and not calling Manchester and Associates from the start. So, I relied on the public defender’s office in Clearfield County. As I have had to become a novice law student so I can try to help protect myself, I took a chance and gave Manchester a call to see if he would point me in a direction that might help me. As a former client, I had nothing to lose. To say I was blown away is a significant minimizing of the priceless information they gave ne regarding my case and they are not even my lawyers. Even that statement fails to convey the innate value of this information. I can only hope that the public defenders will use the information Manchester and Associates provided me as they care about their old clients even if not hired for the new case. Please, do not make the same mistake I did. Call Manchester and Associates without hesitation. They are dedicated to the law as it is written and practiced, and they hold others accountable. Manchester and Associates are not like other lawyers who become comfortable with patterns and assumptions. They make DAs work harder because they diligently research new laws, precedents, and case law. They have even created favorable case law at the appellate court level. They remind everyone that it is the government's burden to prove guilt, not the defendant's burden to prove innocence. Trust me, DO NOT even consider taking the risk if you can avoid it. Manchester and Associates are the ones you want on your side. They respect, read, and study the law and have the courage to act on that information, setting them apart from others. No matter what your issue is, you will never regret choosing this law firm. Manchester and Associates do not mess around, while it seems some police, lawyers, and judges get real comfortable in specific patterns, assumptions, and practices. Manchester and Associates make me think that DA's and PD's cringe when they see their names on cases, because they know that they won’t be able to coast through whatever case it is. I’m not trying to say that lawyers don’t work hard, but I have no doubt that Manchester and Associates make them all work harder than most of their own associates or other colleagues because of Manchester and Associates dedication to the practice of law. I urge you to heed my advice if your livelihood, family or future matters at all. I know it can be exhausting to fight what feels like an uphill war but with Manchester and Associates, the hill will feel less steep.

PLEASE CONTACT MANCHESTER AND ASSOCIATES FIRST! I would like to stress, to please do your research before hiring a lawyer! My daughter just went through one of the most horrible times of her life, with no support from a lawyer we hired, he did not defend her, nor was she able to defend herself, our lawyer was horrible, he never answered our phone calls, and we never knew what was happening at the next court hearing, we weren't updated on anything, we went in blind, and never have gone through anything like this, didn't know what was right or wrong. The lawyer we hired spoke to us twice in a year and a half, we would call to ask questions, and he was never in his office, so the answer we always got from his legal aide, was I don't know. I have to say, please do not choose the wrong lawyer, because it will not be a good outcome. It's too late for my own daughter, but I urge people to talk to Manchester and Associates about their case. After my daughters case was over, I was looking online, and out of all of the lawyers I found, and researched, I kept coming back to Mr. Manchesters page, I did reach out to this man, and he took time out of his weekend to answer me over 8 times, I had to know if there was anything else I could do, my daughter took the punishment of another person, is what it basically come down to, her lawyer that we hired did not defend her, and she was made to take punishment for charges that she had no involvement in, or had no knowledge of, its too late for my daughter now, the justice system can be corrupt, and without somebody fighting for you, they will do what they want. Avoid these bad lawyers, who aren't good, and who may be cheaper, because in the end, you get what you pay for. This man is good, he is honest, and he is willing to fight for you, I just wish I had a rewind button. Hire Mr. Manchester, he's one of the good guys!!
