Manchester and Associates are more than thorough! They are steadfast in their efforts and aggressive where warranted. I experienced an approach of defense on a case that was not only carrying a heavy punishment, but also based on substantial evidence that this team fought more than effectively. My family will forever be grateful and indebted to their services. They rendered the alleged charges presented by the prosecution into submission and resulted the case dismissed entirely. I can't thank Manchester and associates enough. As soon as I got my charges I was in contact with multiple lawyers one gave me a runaround two said they don't handle it and referred me to Manchester and associates. Their recommendation was well put, facing up words of 10 charges possibility of jail time and losing my license. From the moment I contacted Manchester and associates they were very professional made it a point not to over-promise and reiterated that there is no guarantee of any outcome. Went in expecting the worst or the minimal reduction but man was I wrong, Kim made it a point to answer any questions that we may have had and to my shock got all but two charges dropped and only to where I had to pay a fine. I had a bad day while on vacation with my family in July. That being said, I stayed up for hours reading reviews of lawyers and this firm seemed like my best option! I WAS RIGHT! I submitted an email to Brian at 1130pm and he actually answered me the same night! He assured me that he would call me in the morning (on a SUNDAY) and then HE DID! He went over the general details of the case and then explained the entire process to me during the consultation phone call. He also explained that he would pair me with one of his associates in the firm. By Monday, the office had reached out notifying me that Gred Davidson would be representing me and then by the end of the day, I heard from Greg as well. The office staff was always responsive and helpful, from getting me in touch with Greg when needed, calling and reminding me of things, to notifying me of any changes in the "current" plan.
