I have been working with Manchester and Associates for years. They are always professional; they provide detailed guidance on what is needed to help them in their cases. Then, when I get the information, they are looking for, they know how to use it in court. Three cases that I worked on stand out and demonstrate their effectiveness. Two of the cases were sex crime allegations against their clients and a third was an assault allegation by a child against a parent. One of the sex crime cases resulted in the District Attorney dismissing the case prior to trial. The second was a sex crime involving allegations by a minor against an adult that resulted in a not guilty verdict. For the case resulting in the dismissal, before that individual hired Manchester and Associates, he was represented by a public defender for 18 months. Within a few months after Manchester and Associates were hired, they filed motions for CYS records, and those records showed the juvenile had previously stated to CYS that he never touched the juvenile. The other attorney never filed to get these records, but Manchester and Associates did and the case was dismissed. In the second case I helped one of the lawyers on their team prepare for trial on a case where the allegations were from 5 years prior. They won a complete not guilty on that case. In fact, the wife of that gentleman posted a five-star review about this case as you can see if you scroll down the reviews some. The third case involving allegations a father beat his son also settled very successfully with all misdemeanor charges dropped. These are just three of the many cases I have worked with them on and they highlight the professionalism of Manchester and Associates. As a law enforcement officer and as a private investigator, I have seen all kinds of lawyers, Manchester and Associates are good, they will fight and are respected.

Let me start by saying that I hope I never have to deal with courts again. With that said however. If I had to Manchester is who I am calling. Right from the start they were considerate and helpful. Our son made a poor choice of judgement and was facing a few things a minor shouldn’t have to face. My husband had an altercation with another person. My husband had an aerosol can with him and this resulted in a felony charge which is a prison sentence, plus other criminal charges. Brian defended him and offered his professional opinion on how to proceed. I favored Brian because of his integrity and his responsiveness in answering any of my questions by email or calls. He listens without judgement and has a great deal of patience. My husband plead “no contest” to 5 charges, looking at many years in prison.
