We recently retained Ari as we needed a full and comprehensive review of an employment agreement with a non-compete clause. Even before collecting a retainer fee, Ari provided consultation and assisted us in developing a plan as well as educated us on current case law and precedence. Ari was able to assist us greatly by drafting a legal opinion and a letter to a past employer that outlined the legal arguments for an unenforceable contract.
