Katie Beatty did an amazing job with my case. She listened very closely to every detail of our phone conversations, beginning with the very first consultation...even before I decided to use her firm. It was clear that she took copious, detailed notes from the letter that we ultimately sent to a former employer. I was so impressed with the care she took in crafting the letter, and the accuracy of the details that she laid out. I could not recommend her or Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti more highly. I cannot begin to explain how amazing this team is! I initially spoke with Ari to figure out if I had a case and explain everything to me and it’s no hesitation he answered every possible question I could even think of having and made my process so smooth. Andrew represented me at my appeal for unemployment and we didn’t have to say too much because my former employer did that on their own and we successfully won that appeal! He made everything so easy for me as well sent me all the forms we needed plenty of follow up calls and everything that I PERSONALLY needed to understand and feel comfortable with everything. Julia, Kristin, Carlie, & Patrick were simply amazing. I definitely had ALOT going on at the time but they were extremely patient and worked with me for everything that needed done.
