I consulted with Mr. Snyder based on a referral from my EAP program for a custody issue in which my daughter was being neglected and emotionally abused by her father. He did not take the time to listen to my story and passed judgement on my intent. Further, he misinterpreted and is completely misinforned on Act 65 regarding mental health care for minors and told me that I am unable to seek therapy for my daughter as her father did not consent. One parent does not have the ability to override the other parent's outpatient mental health care/therapy, especially when it's in the best interest of the child.

My case was a simple non-contested divorce. I was referred to Nathan Snyder after having wasted thousands of dollars with a previous attorney. After my first interview with him, I was convinced he knew what he was doing. And, after a few months of him correcting mistakes the previous attorney had created, it was done. Very pleased with his work.

I hired Nathan 4 months ago for a simple uncontested divorce. I was legally separated over 8 years and figured this would go smooth. After about a month after paying him $700, I reached out to his office to ask the status of my divorce. I was told by his clerk that they were waiting for more info from me. I never received an email or a call stating that they needed more info. Frustrated by this, I gave them the info they said they needed and moved on. Since this, I’ve reached out no fewer than 15 times over the next 3 months, it’s as if their screening my calls and won’t answer. I’ve left their office more than 5 voicemails and they never returned any of my calls. I feel so scammed by this attorney. I came here and read another persons experience and felt bad because that’s exactly the same experience I’ve had with this attorney. Hire this guy and he’ll talk the talk, watch what happens after you hand him your hard earned money….. he turns into a ghost! Please go elsewhere and save yourself the time, frustration and money. The only saving Grace for me is that I was referred to him by a state agency, because I am a state employee and they have now submitted a claim on my behalf to investigate and get me a refund. If you don’t have an agency to ensure your treated fairly and receive the services you’ve paid for , then your asking for trouble hiring him.

Met with Attorney Snyder and hired him based on what I believed he would do. This was a divorce case. Ran into a snag so I wanted to know how we would proceed. Several emails, numerous phone calls and no return responses for over two years! Hired a new attorney notified his office. They had a new ce to say okay but you owe us $170.38!! For what.? I have no invoice, no explanation! Try someone else folks....please! Not responsive or responsible!

Mr. Snyder was a caring and understanding lawyer. He handled my custody case with so much passion in his work. He treated me with respect and compassion. He was a great lawyer and I recommend him to every one who need help with there custody case
