I don't want to get into the personal details of my case, but it involved a serious family matter that required immediate legal action. Applebaum and Associates came through completely. Olivia, in particular, is a true asset to this firm. She got right to work securing the needed court forms so I could petition for immediate custody of my children. I can't say enough about the professionalism and empathy this law firm displayed while handling my situation. Thank you so very much. I will definitely be recommending Applebaum and Associates.

I'm not sure that any words could adequately describe how satisfied I am with the entire staff at Applebaum & Associates and they way they represented me. If actions would speak louder, suffice it to say that I would immediately select them if I were to need a legal resource in the future. There is no substitute for experience coupled with knowledge and the people I dealt with demonstrated an extraordinary surplus of both. I would highly recommend them.

I've used mickey a few times over the years for both my personal and business legal needs. He's been great to work with and has been extremely helpful with only the most positive outcomes in both my cases. I continue to recommend him to my friends and family. My son and I used him for what started as a small case but quickly turned into a more complex and complicated case. Mickey was there for us through out the process never leaving our side, taking our frantic calls and requests for meeting and giving us proficient and sound legal advice . Highly recommended

I left a message at 8:30 pm on a friday not expecting to get a return call until at least monday. Mr. Applebaum called back that evening. My son was looking at real jail time and after calling several attorneys I chose Mr. Applebaum. I'm glad I did because not only did the felonies dropped, he got my son work release. He was honest and spoke to both my son and I as people not just clients. Make that call!

I'm a happily divorced father who Applebaum & Associates won custody of my child for and also won contested divorce, property , and paternity issues for and further saved me from many false charges in Domestic Relations court. When challenged in higher courts including Federal Court, they won for me at every level. Their dedicated staff and Michael Applebaum himself worked hard to uncover facts and then presented them in a very persuasive way. When losing would be terrible, get advice from these pros.

I'm a single mom of two and I Hired him based on former client of his. My divorce is not complicated and he has not made any progress on my divorce in 15 months. Arrogant, non-responsive, and I have had to do more work than he ever did for me to split any assets we had to split. Still haven't heard a word from him since August 2014 so I'm getting a new lawyer and filing a complaint as all he actually did was write 3 letters to my husbands lawyer. He's quick to take your money, but at his rate of progress I'll be dead before my divorce is complete.
