I have filed Chapter 13 with Mr. Litvak. I have never used his service before and wasn't sure how it would go. I am very pleased that I did. He was very professional in explaining my options and walked me through the steps. And, unlike others that I talked to didn't tell me what he thought I wanted to hear. He told me up front the straight deal. Furthermore, when I called he returned my call right back and was easy to reach by phone or email. In the real world things happen, so if you need to file 13 or chapter 7 I would I would highly recommend Mr. Litvak. He is very, very, very fair and is unlike others isn't only interested in just making money at your expense!
