Hired Atty Petty to do our Wills, POA's, Living Wills and for the purchase of real estate. I highly recommend them. We had been putting off doing the wills, etc as we had no idea what we wanted but Travis spent time with us and walked us through the entire process. He made it easy and stress free! As for the real estate purchase, he wrote the purchase agreement, took care of the closing and all that entails. The sellers, the bank and us all said it was the easiest, quickest closing we ever had. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with either Atty Lutz or Atty Petty!
