“This law firm will not return my mother's calls. She has been trying for three weeks to get in touch with an attorney regarding a possible premises liability case, and the receptionist keeps making excuses.”

Exorbitant pricing and hidden fees
“This firm Quoted me 500 to 700 for a simple Real estate closing as the seller, no realtor involved, no bank financing involved. Services included a simple deed preparation a sales contract, pretty basic and one price change, which required pulling up the contract and changing the price. A couple of phone calls back-and-forth and some emails and I was charged $1250 after I was quoted 500.00 to 700.00.”

Unprofessional and argumentative behavior
“when I refused to pay the exorbitant rate I was threatened that a lien would be put on my property. Because it was the night before closing I had no options but to agree to pay his ridiculous rate with a $200 duction or he would not prepare my paper work for the closing at 10 AM, which by the way was handled by the buyers attorney which only charged the buyer $200.00. this attorney felt because he called me back a few times to answer a few questions that this merited the exorbitant additional charges. Very argumentative and unprofessional.”
