DO NOT retain Brandon Benner. Brandon took a retainer to work on a case; failed to work on that case for multiple weeks; went no contact - dodging phone calls and text messages - until I finally terminated his contract and went to his office in person, at which point he sheepishly returned the full retainer and apologized for wasting my time. I don't understand how this guy even has a license to practice law. They will not dispute anything in this review because they know I have the documentation to back it up.

After being paid he will disappear and barely muddle through your case. Garrett Benner is an absolutely horrific attorney.

Do NOT trust this man. My mother, who passed away almost two years ago did. Although she didn’t know it at the time, biggest mistake of her life. After her passing Garrett took control of her personal possessions destroyed them, lost them or never returned them to the family. There were certain items willed to her children and we never received them. He was neglectful, unresponsive and downright disrespectful. He was employed to help. He was trusted to help. He has caused more harm and hurt than one person can imagine. If you are looking for someone to help with your last will and testament, keep looking.

Frank is very effective, always professional, and never gets flustered. I’ve worked with him twice now and have been very satisfied with the results.

If I can give 1 million stars I would. 5 is just not enough. I was initially referred to Frank by a Facebook friend for a tough custody battle, taking her advice on retaining Frank for a custody matter was one of the best advice in life I have followed. My custody battle was nothing short of easy. And a case some attorneys even declined to take on because of how much effort needed . Frank without a doubt fought and fought for what I was seeking, something I really actually thought would never happen in this action . But what I thought was IMPOSSIBLE he made POSSIBLE . Other than his diligent work , communication is beyond the scope of stars given. And I am by far not the easiest client, and probably a very anxious one who finds myself corresponding after work hours and Frank always responds . Frank is very professional, great communication , affordable . Thank you so much

7 years I've struggled with outcome of a child custody case in which Garrett Benner was my attorney. The first time I met him in his office my mother and I noticed a pictured of him shaking hands with Bill Clinton. (Should've notice the red flag from that moment) which my mother thought was cool and worthy of his services. Mr. Benner was happy to take our money and made it seem like he'd definitely fight for me, and help me with my custody case. Granted things rarely go good for a father in family court. But nonetheless I hoped that I'd get what I was seeking which was custody of my kids. The day of court was coming upon us. After my initial meeting with Mr. Benner i never spoke to him until the day of the hearing. I had no idea what to do what to say, I left the custody arrangement entirely in the hands of "my lawyer" (my mistake). To skip the details and get to the point. Mr. Benner didn't do a damn thing for me. He stood quiet most of the hearing, he stood by as the magistrate talk disrespectful towards me, aloud my ex wife to get whatever she asked for, let her lawyer do almost all the talking and negotiating. And when I got fed up of it realizing that I wasted so much money on him, I tried speaking and was immediately shut down by the magistrate. I lost so much that day. The ripple effect of what happen 7 years ago is still painful till this day. I was thinking about it today and realized I never confronted him because what's the point. Well I'm here to warn you now. Maybe it depends on how deep your pockets are, the color of your skin, the mood he's in, the things that may benefit him, or depending on what kind of case he's actually good at, will determine how hard he'll work for you. But he was by far the worst encounter/experience I've had with a lawyer. If 0 stars were available I'd give him a negative.

Paul Bender got my fiancé out of prison after he was falsely accused of assault on an officer in Easton Pa. The video evidence proved he was innocent on that charge. Thank God my son got to be with his father and the news paper article was not true and all true comes to the light! Paul was a shark and truly an amazing attorney. We will never forget what he’s done for my family.
