Very intelligent and poignant representation

I am struggling to find the proper words to explain how awesome Attorney Melissa Rudas is. I will forever be full of gratitude for everything she's done and continues to do for my family.

Hard working aggressive lawyer.

Ms. Rudas was very highly recommended by several people for being a "pit bull" in the courtroom & winning cases. My sister's divorce was very ugly and the custody would be even worse. Ms. Rudas is all bark and NO bite whatsoever. She is not worth her hefty retainers and borders on unprofessional as she "friends" her clients on Face Book where she can be shown buying Jimmy Choo shoes with their money. Between her and the state of Pennsylvania, my ex-brother-in-law has gotten away with murder. He has failed to pay a family member back for something that happened in November 2014 after being ordered to do so by the judge. He has done many other unsavory things to my sister & niece that the attorneys and judge don't care about. His wages should be garnished and he should have been held in contempt. It's also on record that my ex-brother-in-law has an illegal business in which he doesn't pay taxes. This was brought up in court and no one batted an eye or reported him to the IRS. He also called an "emergency hearing" the day before Thanksgiving to contest the judge's ruling about my niece not leaving the state on holidays. Everyone was angry that he did this (including the judge), yet the judge back-peddled on her decision! Great job Melissa! When my sister went back to court to get full custody (thousands of dollars later), Ms. Rudas came out of the room telling my sister that they simply reviewed the custody papers. What??? She is not worth the time or the money as my sister has never been favored in anything pertaining to her divorce or custody battle.
