David was very professional, resolved my issue fast and responded to all my concerns . Could not be happier with the result

While my girlfriend and I were on vacation, the unit next to us caught on fire and shifted to our home. We lived in half of double, so we’ve experienced a lot of fire, smoke, and water damage, leaving our home uninhabitable to live. We returned home to 85% of our things unsalvageable. That said, our landlord has been the worse person to deal with during this process. One of many things that stood out was her trying to hold our prorated rent and security deposit. If we abandoned the contents of the home she wouldn't return our deposits. This is when I consulted with David to see what my options were. How were we responsible for removing the items when we were not at fault? David first and foremost listened, and then guided us with his expertise. He was very thorough, transparent, communicative, willing, and passionate. All characteristics I want in my corner when I’m being wronged. Thank you David!
