I called this place to get information for a case I have. When i spoke to the representative on the phone she was soo unprofessionally rude and wouldn’t hear me out. I was trying soo hard to explain my situation to her and she kept cutting me off and was very sarcastic, she also just randomly put me on hold for no reason without asking me to hold then told me “I had to pick up that call” as if she wasn’t already busy speaking to me. It got soo frustrating for me that I just hung up, i will not be giving out names because is not what i do but her name starts with a B. Goodluck !
