When life serves you a mess and you need a miracle, you need James Burke.
My son, falsely accused of a felony needed knowledgeable legal representation. Jim walked us through his strategy. It was a long process, but great results take time, patience and trust in your attorney.

I retained this firms bankruptcy service a feyw years ago. My case was pretty involved, removing liens from two properties, a conversion from chapter 13 to chapter 7, and the list is long! Attorney Dewald was extremely thorough, expeditious, courteous and professional. There were MANY phone calls and emails exchanged along the way. Michelle held my hand through the entire process and understood my frustrations with the process. She could have easily asked for an increased fee, but didn't. I highly recommend this office if you are considering bankruptcy.
