Customer service with Jenna is wonderful!!

This was my first time working with lawyers for a case and they were awesome. They always kept me in the loop and they explained everything very clearly. Very trustworthy and would recommend to anyone.

Will Rambo and his paralegal, Jenna Landis, were absolutely wonderful to work with following a car accident. They always kept me up-to-date with the case, and kindly answered my questions. I'm so grateful for all that they've done, and I cannot recommend them enough! Hopefully I won't be needing their services in the future, but if I do I know I'll be choosing them to represent me again.

Unfortunately, I was struck by a car from behind riding my bicycle and experienced some significant injuries. More fortunately, Mark Altemose was referred to me after my sister, an attorney, asked her friends who they would recommend for a personal injury case. Mark came to my room in the ICU, and shortly after that went to work on my case. I am happy to report that Mark's efforts for me were crowned with success. He was able to settle with the driver's insurance company for the maximum amount of the policy. He is continuing to work on my behalf in a second effort, and I have every confidence in him. I think you would find Mark to be friendly, personable, and a consummate professional. Update: Mark did indeed succeed in the second case in which he pursued since I had under insured motorist coverage (glad I went with that!). Mark sure knows his trade, and in talking with my sister, his name came up again and again, in terms of who was a good personal injury lawyer, and I now know why—through my own experience. He very certainly is a very skilled negotiator and went way beyond my expectations in settling with the insurance company. Beyond all of that, I think Mark is a fine human being, who I have really enjoyed interacting with. Mallory Glase, Mark's paralegal, also was very responsive and kind in dealing with all of the necessary paperwork and related tasks, I always felt in touch and in the loop.

I had never had to go something like this before and I heard alot of bad stories about cases dragging on. Mr. Altemose and Mrs. Zancofsky handled every part of my cases with urgency and in a timely manner. They made the whole process easy to follow and kept me continually updated.After everything was finished I know I certainly made the right choice.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the level of care provided to me by Mr. Altemose and Mrs. Zancofsky. My case was long and daunting but Mr. Altemose was incredibly thorough and extremely knowledgeable in personal injury law. On the basis of Mark Altemose’s handling of my personal injury case, I give him my highest recommendation. You simply can’t do better. I was involved in a bicycle accident in a section of the road undergoing construction. However, my case was complicated by a fairly serious concussion which left me unconscious until awakening in an ambulance, and more importantly for my case, amnestic for the accident (along with 5 broken ribs, a badly separated shoulder, and a broken arm). As a result, I couldn’t remember what caused the accident or even if it was caused by the construction. However, I am a fairly serious bicycle rider who once raced at the highest amateur level and even today rank among the better local riders who post rides on Strava (a social website used by serious bicyclists). I felt strongly that something terribly wrong must have caused me to crash. I consulted my family lawyer shortly after the accident and after about a week of reviewing my situation he decided that my inability to remember the accident made it unlikely that he could win a court case. At the same time, he said he knew of a personal injury lawyer (Mark Altemose) who sometimes takes cases of this sort and would refer me if I wanted. I consulted with Mark who accepted my case a contingency basis, but he cautioned me not to be too optimistic. Mark then went to work. Mark established the precise location of my accident within the construction site from my bike-computer GPS records (verified by 2 accident-reconstruction experts) and also thru the deposition of a reluctant eye witness who clearly didn’t want to be involved. Furthermore, through deposing several police officers, Mark was able to establish that proper warnings had not been posted despite being told to do so. In his deposition, one of the police officers also noted a formal complaint by a motorist prior to my accident. Mark also established that the construction company had violated a state code on construction-site modifications necessary for the site to be open for use. I was able to sit in on several depositions and observe Mark’s “surgical,” but respectful, ability to question witnesses and to interact with the opposing lawyer. He was also very helpful in preparing me for my deposition by the opposing lawyer. In addition to reviewing my past medical history, his advice was always to tell the truth, never speculate, and not feel bad about saying “I don’t know”. Because of the strength of the case that Mark established, the insurance company settled for a monetary amount very close to what Mark predicted. While the monetary settlement was appreciated, even better for me was the public vindication that the accident was not my fault. I have since resumed recreational bike riding and am pretty much back to where I was before the accident. A couple of other reasons for recommending Mark: 1) Mark pursued every possible direction to obtain information (including consultation with relevant experts, obtaining and reviewing extensive medical records, and researching highway construction safety codes), providing me with the best likelihood of a positive outcome. 2) Mark could recall extensive knowledge of my case without notes, including a better knowledge of my past medical history than I had. I have no doubt he would have been an incredible trial lawyer if the need had arisen. 3) He, in fact, has won awards from his professional associations for his professional accomplishments; and also “gives back” by serving his professional organizations in a variety of official capacities and by mentoring up-and-coming younger lawyers. He clearly is a leader in his field. 4) It was obvious to me that Mark also has the highest ethical standards.
