When your child almost dies and you're looking at a long road ahead of you in healing the last thing you want to deal with is dealing with someone else's insurance. Add to that the complexities of interstate legalities for a minor and it's more than anyone can handle on their own. Kelly Rambo and her team took charge and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders while keeping our family's values the whole time. Literally could not have done this without them.
