Mark is by far one of the best attorneys to have ever represented me. As a business owner I interact with attorneys constantly in my line of work. He is very responsive, got to know me as a person and not just as a client and actually cared about my issue. He is considerate, compassionate and honest! Tells it like it is in plain English. Mark also has a very firm grasp of medical terms, conditions and is uncanny with his ability to explain what the doctors try to explain to you as a patient! If you called someone else, you called the wrong attorney. Mark is the best, period.

Car accident. Rear ended. Multiple joint replacement surgeries. Insurance Co stalling as 2 year time limit was approaching. Engaged Kelly Rambo Williams who came highly recommended. Within weeks there was serious progress and within surprisingly few months everything was settled. I believe Kelly's reputation alone set the tone for progress. Kelly and assistant Melany were totally helpful, answering all our questions and volunteering what we did not know to ask. They kept us informed of progress and we felt we were in good hands all the way. We would recommend Kelly and her team and her law firm to anyone who might need their special talents.

TJ and Deb were absolutely amazing helping me navigate thing's after my bus accident. They answered every question I had and kept me updated on the information I needed. They answered all my questions and responded to me every time I asked for an update, or any other question that may have seemed crazy. For my settlement TJ negotiated wonderfully and got me more than I had anticipated. I highly and happily recommend this firm to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Mark Altemose and Mallory Glase! We had an amazing experience dealing with Jenna at Attorney Rambo's office. We used their assistance to settle an auto claim. Jenna always responded back with any questions I had within an hour, at most. If she didn't know the answer she responded back stating she will check on it, she didn't leave me hanging. The claim was almost settled for less than we had hoped so I mentioned that to attorney Rambo and within a few days he responded back stating once we reviewed the information that he was not happy with the amount either.
