Tom has always been available to talk about an issue and is prompt to return calls. He is thorough, points out issues that need clarification, completes work in a very timely manner and is a truly nice person. He has handled multiple real estate transactions and a will preparation for me.

Atty Tom Elliott has worked with me over the last 18 years. Being in the building business I had the need for someone I could count on and was knowledgeable in real estate. Mr. Elliott has worked with me numerous times, mostly in the area of settlements, agreements, land use issues, development planning and zoning matters, all with good results. Atty Elliott has always shown his desire to solve my problems so I could move forward. Tom Elliott has handled legal work for me since the early 1980's and on 3 occasions since then. Each time he has completed the work in a thorough and timely fashion. If he had a question he would call for immediate clarification so that the finished product was truly finished and never needed revisions. I was in a car accident involving only vehicle damage, but he counseled me thoroughly gave me excellent advice and kept in contact with me to make sure the situation was handled correctly.
