I applied online for help with my custody case; went in the next day and was told at first they couldn't find me. Then it was "someone already emailed you." I never got an email. Then I was told there was a "conflict" once my ex-husband's wife's name was mentioned; they were supposed to look into it and call me. They never did.
I wish I could give a good review, but they don't follow through so I can't really say either way...

Thin take department is often difficult to get into but it has 2 separate calling times from 9 AM until 11 AM and then 1 PM till 3 PM.
The intake staff are very kind compassionate and ensure to go over every detail to try to suit you into the best legal assistance that they have to offer.
The attorney that I was given was attorney David Albertson and I have to say he surpassed my expectations and has been nothing but an example of an area employee and an asset to this entire company.
