My experience with Zachary B Cooper has been nothing short of INCREDIBLE! From day 1 he not only walked me through the legalities of what I was facing......but his “human” experience is what really got me through this unfortunate DUI process. He’s good at what he does! I could of served some real time. But thanks to expertise that is not the case. And the conversation after court today was reallly heartfelt! Ms. Modesti seems to lack a moral compass. There are competent, ethical lawyers out there. My advice is to keep looking.

I was petrified from getting charged with a DUI and at the highest tier. As soon as I got home I started googling and answered a few questions about my charges. The website set my info to 3 attorneys. Zachary Cooper was the first one to call me back and even on a Sunday. Zach is great! He took on my case which was two separate charges. He was able to get both charges down to house arrest for 60 days. I was looking at up to 5 years for a second DUI on a suspended license for the first DUI. He was able to get me 30 days credit for inpatient treatment. Zach was more than worth the money.
