Heart, ethics and integrity are at the core of The DeLiberty Law Firm. I was referred to Dan for guidance on a credit matter and he not only gave me at least 30 minutes of free legal consultation but offered to guide me through a process of getting my credit back in good standing that was lost due to my husbands passing. Dan is genuine and I would highly recommend him for his knowledge and expertise in his field!

I had a large financial loss and had an overwhelming amount of credit card debt. I was able to settle some on my own and even settled creditors that sued me. I encountered Portfolio Recovery Associates who sued me for a $26,000 debt they bought from the original creditor. They refused to go lower than $18,000 in a lump sum payment or wanted me to make a payment plan on the full balance. I wanted this debt settled. I did not want monthly payments for years. I had $10,000 and that was it Dan got it done. I thought I was passed the statute when I was served with another suit from a major bank on a $25,000 line of credit. Even though the statute passed on my last payment they took money out of my account that was deposited by a relative after the debt was charged off. I was going to borrow money to settle but they rejected Dan's offer. I decided to go to arbitration and he won. Zero!! All for a reasonable fee, I was in a position where I was unable to declare bankruptcy and Dan dealt with my toughest and largest creditors. If anyone has large debts and cannot declare bankruptcy I highly recommend employing Dan DeLiberty.

A civil complaint was filed against me. I was scared, didn’t know what to do and felt intimidated by the whole process. I called 5 local attorneys. Majority of them pretty much told me to don’t bother with finding representation (it will be too expensive, not worth it……). Well, the 6th attorney I called was Dan Deliberty. I left a voice mail with not much hope. To my surprise he called me back shortly and spend a good amount of time asking questions and explaining the process and possible outcomes. Recently I received threatening mail from a creditor. I had no idea of what to do. I called the creditor to try and make some sort of arrangement and that was a bust.
