I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but I was so thrilled with how professionally and effectively Dan handled my case and got me the WIN, that I had to share my experience so that others might benefit from his services as well. Working with Mr. DeLiberty was like a dream after a living nightmare. I was super skeptical at first because I didn't think that you could actually go up against a collections company and win, but in my conversations with Mr. DeLiberty he was confident that with his experience he could take on the big guy and get us both a win. And he did just that! This debt had been haunting be for a long while and I didn't think that it would ever go away, and I wasn't sure that I just wanted to ignore it (obviously I have financial goals and this was a hiccup that was based on predatory sales practices), but didn't want to spend the rest of my life paying it off. Mr. DeLiberty was very helpful and responsive as to how the whole thing would play out and made sure that I was in loop of any changes - including court dates, which did change once. He has a set fee for the process, and given I have never worked with a lawyer before, I thought it was pretty fair. And the best part is that I have a payment plan that I can afford and any monies that I had paid would be returned to me if we lost the case. I appreciate the kindness and grace that Dan afforded me given this situation I was in. He reminded me that I am not the only one, we all make mistakes or uninformed decisions, and that the collections business can be pretty ruthless. Choosing Mr. DeLiberty means that you are literally working with HIM; you aren't communicating back and forth with an assistant - all phone calls, emails, etc. are with him directly, which is something you don't get often with almost any business these days. If you're hesitating at all, I suggest taking the time to do a free consult! Hopefully I won't ever be in this position again, but if I am, I will definitely reach out to Mr. DeLiberty.
