Got a M1 Misdemeanor for a seconded DUI when I was told I wasn’t getting any jail time. When my hearing came up, john continued it and his associate had to step in because he was taking a vacation that week. Nothing John told me happened and his associate even said, “ I don’t know what John told you but this is what you’re looking at.” You’re looking at ( 10 weekends, 70 days house arrest, 2 years probation with three years consecutive.” I know what I did and It’s not acceptable but I paid my dues and paid lot of money for a lawyer that never gave me the attention I never got what I paid for! I can never own or possess anything to protect my family’s household.

This man will generate lies for no reason other than the fact he takes your money and does nothing.Then generates a slew of lies to cover up why he is incompetent.He will hurt your case and his actions are against the law.unfortunately,it's a lengthy process to report this crooks actions to the bar association.
