They were consistently kind, supportive, stable, hopeful, honest, trustworthy, and professional. Their intelligence, communication, and patience held us together during the complicated district transfer resulting from a positive and purposeful move. Michael Raffaele helped us with an inappropriate truancy accusation filed by our school. Very quickly, he was able to get the school district to rescind the order.

We had an amazing experience with Michael Raffaele and Melanie Young! We could’ve never navigated the school special education system without them. They helped us with private school placement for our daughter who is now thriving in her new specialized school setting.
