We began working with Heritage when my Mom and Dad were both alive. At first, I wondered what we were paying for. But now that both have passed and we are nearing the end of our journey, I feel that Heritage is well worth the money. Tim Sechler's advice and guidance was spot-on. When the daily care taker broke her hip, Heritage arranged for a nursing home to immediately take in both Mom and Dad until we could make arrangements for other care takers. Frequent changes in personnel meant that we had to bring people up to speed several times. But the overall experience was one I highly recommend to others.
