Leland is honest, fair, and compassionate. He avoids mud slinging and stays ethical and just in his practice of the law. He understands the necessity of the law but goes above and beyond in his practice, so that the relationships that must weather beyond the courtroom are able to be built on a foundation of respect. Although Leland represented me in my child custody case, Leland wasn’t timid about telling me when I was in the wrong and I feel that his willingness and ability to do so was better for all parties. My ex and I are able to maintain a healthy coparenting relationship in the best interests of our children - thanks in part to Leland and his ability to see the bigger picture.
