My ex filed for custody. From the first counseling we both were agreed on 50/50 plan. I dropped my child off at his residence on the following day and we got in fight over our child at his residence on the same day. As I was assaulted, I called 911 but things got dramatically changed. I was arrested and ended up in jail for aggravated assault for 24 hours. As soon as I was released on bail, I started looking for a criminal attorney. I hired Mr. Lauer. The criminal case was dismissed. The criminal charges were expunged. Mr. Lauer helped me with PFA and I was granted against that “monster”. After that he worked hard to study my custody case. He helped me to understand the most important parts of the custody procedures. Basically, he walked me through. We were at the trial and he did brilliant job. I would highly recommend Mr. Lauer.

It's a parents worst nightmare to have her child end up in a situation where you need to seek legal help to basically save them. Patrick and Heather were absolutely incredible. They worked so hard and fought for my son to not only keep him out of jail for making a stupid mistake, but they did everything in their power to also protect his record. He wasn't just another case, they saw him for the young man he is and worked to make sure his record and future weren't devastated as a result. We couldn't be more pleased and I couldn't be more grateful. I would never wish for anyone to be in a situation where they needed counsel, but should you find that is the case, Patrick and Heather are possibly, in my opinion, the best chance you have for the best possible outcome.
