Worked with Ted Adler as our arbiter. His decision was ...bizarre. He says that facts are not in dispute which are most definitely directly in dispute. He goes along with verbal testimony that conflicts with contemporary documents and even endorses portions of defense testimony when it is inconsistent with itself. He makes statements that "there is no evidence" when there are documents in evidence and associated testimony.
