I have had some unexpected injuries in my 44 years working and have had to make some claims. Many times had bad luck with firms not returning calls or answering e-mails leaving you at the mercy of their time. Steve Ryan was very prompt on all of the above and if he didn't he made sure his office was. Its bad enough waiting on a benefit check then having to wait on a attorney. He calmed me down because we do get upset, assured me he was looking out for me and my injury. He got right on the adjuster and made sure the checks came and in the end got me the maximum amount for my injury and it was more than I expected.
