In July 2020, Bowles Rice was the settlement company for our new home. Throughout the entire process, Kerrianne (and everyone we met) was professional and courteous, handling everything in our deal exceptionally well. Everything was seamless, and they are just genuinely nice people. Our closing was not your “typical” one - when we came to the closing table for our old home, we found that our buyer had lost his job due to COVID-19 and the deal fell apart. Without hesitation, Kerrianne and others at Bowles Rice jumped in to help. We cannot express enough how much that meant to us…they genuinely cared about not only our deal with them, but more importantly “us”. They bent over backwards to accommodate us, even traveling over an hour to meet with us in order to finally close on our new home. Not only that, but we recently had a question about interim school taxes, so we reached out to Kerrianne and she responded almost immediately with the information that needed. We couldn’t be more pleased with using Bowles Rice and would highly recommend them.
