Mr. Horowitz took my case, handled all communications on my behalf, was extremely helpful, professional and understanding. Due to my schedule at the time, I had to ask if things could be postponed on multiple occasions. I felt bad for notifying him on short notice. Joe was very reassuring and took care of everything. Awesome man that Sean. Ive read all these reviews that said how much he cares and is attentive to his clients and it caused me to call, on a Sunday morning none the less, with my very concerning question. My question being, Do I have a legal right to fight for a baby that isn't biologically mine but I am on the birth certificate? And can I fight to be left on the certificate regardless of the DNA going to show that I'm not biologically the father. Now Im just going to say, that he is the fifth law office that I called. I was given the run around by three of the four previous calls and then blatantly told that I wouldn't get any answers over the phone, that i would have to make an appointment for a few days from now, come in and pay $200 just to ask my question by the fourth lawyer I spoke with. It was very refreshing and honestly a great relief for Sean to have taken the time to listen to my concerns. Just to be able to feel the weight off my shoulders being lifted has been a tremendous morality booster as I am going though these issues with the mother of my 4 day old daughter as of 12/2/18. I have been sitting here for the 36 hours that the mother took my daughter and has kept her away from me, in my head and thinking all kinds of horrible thoughts and imagining all the worse case scenarios. But after speaking to Sean, I am less worried and more positive and my spirits are raising. So I really want to commend and relay the fact that Sean really does care and really is a good man. I have yet to see him in action in the court room. But I have no doubt that I will have rights to my baby girl and I will be able to hold her once again, and when that happens it will be because of Sean and his partners. I look forward to fighting for my rights with you Sean. Thank you so much for brightening my day with your words of encouragement and assurance that I do have rights. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much.
