The verdict is No longer Out. Don't mess with this dude. We had to report him to the Bar disciplinary board. I've Witnessed family members being Ripped off by 2 Attorneys. Tom Wills Settled my Sister Tonette Pucci's Case Without her Knowledge on getting Smashed by a Tractor Trailer in Traffic and Road Construction. After Turning him in, he send our file to us. But The Disciplinary Board, said he wasn't Wrong... But he Was. Like Everything else, The Disciplinary Board has become Lax in their duties to the People. This guy... Nay Nay

If I could give him less stars I would. He represented me and made me believe my end result was 100% different than what it actually was. I ended up getting convicted of all my charges after he told me that some were being dismissed. When I tried talking with him after the hearing, he told me the court must of messed up my files and I would need to pay him more to look into the matter. Not pleased at all and do not recommend him. Highly unprofessional.

Didn’t keep in touch with me just took my money and I heard nothing I had to constantly call him then he eventually responded with a text after I had already called him several times highly unprofessional basically stole my money .

If this dont sell you on Joe Horowitz, I dont know what will. I was stuck in the county jail on a detainer. Joe would stop through pretty frequently to update me on my case. One day I get called for an attorney visit. I go in, and i ask Joe, what's up is there some news on my case. Joe says, no, he was just in the area and checking to see if I was all right. Anyone who has been to jail knows how hard it is to get a hold of their lawyer, let alone a visit, let alone just to say hi. Not only that hes a great guy, but he saved my freedom, and has been fighting cases for me and anyone I've referred him with such tenacity that we affectionately dubbed him Joe "the Pitbull" Horowitz.

I met Joe 5 years ago. Handled my legal issues with professionalism. Has been referred since with same results. Joe has empathy which I find rare these days. Truly cares about people whether he represents you or not. Not afraid to step up
