They sent me out with the paperwork to fill out, so I went out to my car to fill out the paper work, immediately came back in to drop it off, then I heard nothing for several weeks, assuming they were filing the paperwork we discussed. No, in fact they LOST my paperwork stating that I never filled any of it out!”
