If you want to give thousands of your hard earned dollars to lawyers who will provide absolutely no service in exchange, this is the firm for you! Six months and the only attempt at any actual service was nullified by their inability to type an address correctly. If they deign to grace you with a reply to an email, it will only address the first sentence. If they actually answer their phone, you'll be treated to an empty promise of a call back. You'd do better lighting your money on fire under the full moon than entrusting these scam artists.

This is my first time ever using a lawyer, and I put my faith and trust in attorney Darryl Cunningham. It has been four and a half months, and there has been little progress in the divorce proceedings. I have paid over $4000.00, and $1500.00 of that was to represent my on court for a permanent PFA, of which an agreement was made so there was not a hearing. When I paid the additional retainer, I specifically asked Mr. Cunningham about the money and what would happen if we didn’t go to court. He said that it would be put towards the divorce proceedings. Now he is saying that he never told me that. I am in disbelief that I have been lied to by someone who is supposed to be a professional. Going through a divorce is difficult as it is, but to have been taken advantage of is additional stress and heart ache.

Attorney Nicholas Platt is a fantastic attorney. He cares and is down to earth. He is efficient, quick, and organized. I filed chapter 7 and he was a pleasure and ease to work with. Highly recommend!
