Billing issues and unexpected fees
“I paid over $4000.00, and $1500.00 of that was to represent my on court for a permanent PFA, of which an agreement was made so there was not a hearing. When I paid the additional retainer, I specifically asked Mr. Cunningham about the money and what would happen if we didn't go to court. He said that it would be put towards the divorce proceedings. Now he is saying that he never told me that.”
