I went in to talk to Mark about my case. He explained everything to me and was honest about everything. I decided to hire him. He is very confident in his job and he is very good at it. If i ever had any questions i would get the answers right away. He even got me a settlement that was very fair. If i need anything in the furture Mark is my guy. Mark was very helpful,knowledgeable,caring. He was right on at all the hearings. His staff and him were very hepful returning all my calls and fast replying to my emails. Explained the entire process and was by my side the entire time. Very smooth process working with Mooney Law Mark Buterbaugh. Will definitely refer to family and friends. Attorney Buterbaugh represented me for a workman’s comp case. He explained everything thoroughly through each step of the process. If I had a question I emailed Mark or his paralegal and received a prompt response. Mark was able to reach a settlement prior to going to trial. Mark was honest with me and did what was in the best interest of me. Thats not always the case with some lawyers. He took the time to explain to my mom what was going on and make her comfortable with what we decided to do. Overall I was very happy with him as a lawyer

Mark, worked diligently and kept me well informed while he worked on my SSD case. He did not even get paid because the Judge is a very tough Judge to win with. BUT he won! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
