Marzzacco Niven is a great law firm. Rebecca Bailey she is a great attorney.

The staff was great. They always responded quickly with a response to any questions or concerns. They made the process as stress free as possible. They even had too change my Attorney around due to internal issues and that was even a smooth and stress free transition. They are a wonderful team and work great together to get the job done. Key is to be honest about your issues and get all your information into them. I highly recommend this firm.

I had the good fortune of being represented by Attorney Rhodeside in my Worker’s Compensation Case. He was very helpful throughout the process. He explained all legal aspects of the case in clear layman’s terms and kept me up to date on what was happening and what would likely happen next. If you ever have a Social Security claim that you’re trying to get approved, I would definitely highly recommend Marzzacco Niven & Associates! Attorney Lynette Carter was excellent she prepped me for my son’s hearing which left me feeling confident at the time of the hearing. Now my son has approved for benefits! I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I also would like to also give a big shout out to Jackie Safko (paralegal) for answering all my questions in a timely and professional manner you were the best! Rebecca was fantastic! Always calling me to keep me updated even when I didn’t answer her calls. She was very detailed in explaining the next steps in what was going on and what I needed to do. 10/10 would recommend giving them a call if you are not sure who to go to!

I asked the about disability because of my severely narrowed hips and my nerves in my back,, two days later they just said they couldn't/wouldn't help me. Nope no explanation.
