Paid him money-- he repeatedly rescheduled my court dates and then didn't even show up to court on time. Now he is refusing to refund my money after I had to represent myself in court! The DAs were all commenting how unreliable he is and I should have chosen a different lawyer. Completely unprofessional!! He saw the bad review--finally contacted me and informed me he was going to sue me for the remainder of the money, because I upset him with a bad review! He agreed initially to me paying little by little because of my financial situation, but now says to me "he should have known there would be an issue". Do not attack my character, sir! If he had bothered to have ANY COMMUNICATION with me during any of this-- we wouldnt even be in this situation. I wish 0 stars was an option. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I was in desperate need of a lawyer, I just kept getting the run around. I contacted Mr Francis and he took on my case. I was looking at felony if i had lost. I had done nothing wrong in the situation but tou all know how this works. He is very professional and knowledgeable in and out of the court room. We went to court and won.
