I couldn’t speak any higher of this incredible law firm. The secretary’s, the director but none higher than my attorney Ms McGovern. The dedication and commitment to my case is truly remarkable. From standing in court for me at the peak of her pregnancy, to endless hours to prepare my case. If you want a compassionate and honest partner choose Cummings. I will forever be grateful to this practice.

Would not recommend at all….

I must advise against the legal services of Linda Lewis. Her conduct and communication skills fell far short of professional standards during her role as probate lawyer for my grandmother's estate. Regrettably, her actions led to division within my family. Ms. Lewis was consistently difficult to reach by phone and failed to return calls that could have addressed important questions. When she finally called back months later, after we contacted the PA Disciplinary Board and they instructed her to reach out, she only had excuses for why she didn't return the calls or schedule meetings. Furthermore, her written correspondence lacked the professionalism expected of a legal practitioner. It is deeply concerning that an individual with such questionable ethics is permitted to practice law.

Joshua Maines helped me with my case. Best decision ever made to hire him. I didn’t even have to see a judge, 20 minutes in and he got all charges withdrawn. I 100% recommend Josh and the Cummings law firm. Very professional and answers all of your questions. Very fair price as well.
