this man was my bf lawyer, and he did not even look at the evidence he believed the cops over the truth and had the truth. he had him take a deal and if he only looks up the truth could have gotten it dismissed but refused to do so told him that the other factor was going to give him more time. but the original reason for it all was a lie and he would not and did not even look at it. he requested the video (he said) but never received it then never ask again. he poorly represented him, and he paid plenty for this man .so this is just my finding of how i feel and i just wanted to voice my thoughts thank you

Excellent attorney ... I know from personal experience that he makes himself available, even answering calls and emails I sent later in the evening. He is organized and professional. Seems a bit quiet or reserved at first but did a great job in court.

My husband was supposed to get 18 months and he ended up getting him 6 months because kenneth pennington. He was very nice. Always kept us up to date.

Very nice and thorough

Terrible attorney, I wish there was a way to rate this man -5 stars. He took my retainer then did absolutely nothing to prepare for my case. I asked him on multiple occasions to please get police records and prepare for great case, he replied that I needed to do it all and for months he did not do even one thing to prepare. I asked for my money back and he refused. Needless to say we went to court and he got DESTROYED by the other lawyer, it was seriously pathetic to watch. I honestly don’t know how this man even has a law degree (good idea to validate first). Saddest part of my specific situation, it wasn’t even about me. My son’s life was in the balance and now it’s been completely destroyed. Thanks Ken Pennington for taking my money, then spending your time playing on your Facebook instead of saving my son’s life.
