Ms. Fittipaldi represented me in a divorce settlement. She was very professional and courteous to both myself and the opposing parties; however, she was persistent at getting and presenting the facts in an effort to get the best outcome. Even the judge stated she had proven her case "beyond a reasonable doubt", despite this being a civil case. I would definitely hire her again for either a criminal or civil case--she was previously an assistant DA working as head of the special victims prosecution team.
