I had a loan reporting as "included in bankruptcy." It must have been a clerical error on the part of the credit bureaus because I have never been involved in any bankruptcy. As silly an error as it was, it was keeping me from refinancing my home! I hired Brent and he got it fixed quickly. Someone stole my credit card information and charged $5000 to my credit card. My credit card company refused to believe that the charges were fraudulent and expected me to pay, under the threat of harm to my credit rating. I suspected there must be laws to protect consumers like me but I had nowhere to turn. I called Brent's office, desperate for help. Brent made the credit card company leave me alone and delete the account from my credit reports. I offered to pay him but he wouldn't take my money! He explained that the law requires that the people we sued pay his attorney's fees. Finding Brent was a dream come true. Not sure what I would have done without him. I highly recommend Brent to anyone with inaccuracies on their credit.

He was extremely honest and down to earth in explaining my issue. We went to Court and the other side fought very hard. But they were no match for Mr. Vullings.
