Josh Camson is a wonderful attorney who isn’t afraid of a challenge. I found Josh doing a google search when trying to have my name expunged from the child line registry in PA. I incorrectly and unfairly was indicated as perpetrator in 2007 . I was very young and afraid to fight back because of the fear of losing my son. I thought that if Bucks county children and youth would indicate me when I clearly did nothing wrong after the other person admitted that my son was in their care that they would certainly not hesitate to do so. After calling many attorneys who specialize in this I began to loose hope because they all declined to take my case or did not call back at all. Josh called me personally and spent about a half hour discussing what I was trying to do, and the history involving this incident . I also had a timeline for when this needed to be done by (02/01/2020). Mr. Camson was empathetic , understanding , and confident he could help me and decided to take my case. I am so glad I found Josh on google. He was prompt replying via email, when I had an urgent issue he would call me back immediately. I was very anxious about this whole process and worried I would not have my clearance in time for my deadline. It is with great happiness and gratitude that I express how happy I am with all Mr. Camson did for my family and I. My hearing was yesterday 01/31/2020, he was on time , well prepared as we prepped the day before via phone , but most importantly , Josh helped me WIN MY CASE! I will recommend him to anyone in this predicament . Josh Camson is your best chance at receiving a fair hearing and trial with Child Line in regards to having your name expunged , not only did he fight good cause but he also proved to the court that this case was incorrectly investigated and came to an incorrect conclusion which enabled my name to be removed from the registry effective immediately. I requested my new clearance online last night and was able to view it the same day because of how Josh pushed the importance of this. Thank you SO MUCH, I will eternally be grateful for how you helped my family move forward.

My husband was facing extremely serious charges. We knew that if my husband was convicted of these charges it would devastate our family and change his life forever. We chose Mr. Camson to represent my husband initially because of his compassion and attentiveness to our case. But his ability to control a court room blew us away. He is confident without being arrogant. He is intelligent, but explains the law in a way so his client and others can understand everything. He can truly make people see things from his perspective. Mr. Camson answered every question we had with patience. During the trial it was made clear that he has excellent jury appeal. When he spoke they listened with intent. Josh represented my son during a very difficult time in our lives.... he was the only one we encountered that treated all of us with dignity and respect and he realized my son made a mistake and that mistake did not define the kind of person and man he has become. I would absolutely recommend him.

After spending $1200 retainer (or about $100 an hour travel time as Mr. Camson put it, he arrived several minutes late and unprepared. The information I gave him concerning the case he ignored. After sitting silently through the states case he offered no mitigating circumstances and left me totally hung out to dry. Pathetic and a colossal waste of money. After saying he was sorry he told me he would do research on how the verdict might affect my gun permit to make up for it but I never heard from him again.

I won my custody hearing so i am very happy with Josh's representation. He is great with communication and always calls back in a timely manner. I would definitely use Josh again.

First and foremost, I'd like to congratulate Mr. Camson for his victory on my behalf. I'll admit that in the beginning I had concerns about his quiet and reserved demeanor. Throughout many of our discussions I never felt his confidence. However, from the first day of trial, Josh undoubtedly controlled the court room. Which in return felt like he knew what he was doing all along.

Josh Cameron represented me in my recent divorce. Mr. Cameron was professional in his behavior and able to represent me in a manner that allowed the divorce to take place quickly and without unnecessary hostility between myself and my spouse.

Mr. Camson is a very confident and organized attorney. His mannerisms at first had me questioning his ability for an aggressive format that I was looking for initially. However, as time went on I had become very comfortable with his tactics, opinions and overall outlook handling my case. During our hearing, he made a (in my opinion) a questionable and unexpected decision. After a quick recess, I agreed with his tactic and agreed to move forward with his decision. (With Confidence) After reading the verdict of our case, we not only WON, but in the written verdict I could see a direct coloration of the judges interpretation of the law in supporting his decision to the arguments in which Mr. Camson had laid out during the hearing. I certainly would recommend Mr. Camson.
