Michelle and here entire staff have shown nothing but professionalism and respect to me with regards to my case and continue to make sure I understand what all my options are before any decisions are made. Michelle & Kelly are great. Michelle was recommended to me about 2 years ago when I left my then husband. She has helped me though a bitter divorce and custody situation. Both of them have great follow up and were always able to help answer any questions I had. The thing I liked best about this firm is their honesty. I was specifically told on several occasions "I can do that if that's what you want, but I don't think you will get the outcome desired and I would hate to see you waste time and money, when I can tell you, that unfortunately that is not how the courts will see it." Even though I thought it was the right thing, Michelle has the knowledge and experience to know when you will waste money and they always try to save you money! I think any other lawyer would be happy to run to court every chance they get to rack up the bill. This firm is not like that AT ALL! I have recommended them to several friends! Nothing but great things to say about Michelle, Kelly and the rest of the staff!

Michelle and staff has always had a great attitude. It has been a pleasure to use her services. She has done a great job at getting the issues resolved in a timely manner which kept the costs down. She is a great attorney and knows the laws. I would recommend her after using her for a messy divorce she did a great job.

Michelle Winters is one of the best lawyers around. She helped me with a very messy divorce in a professional manner. Whenever I had questions I was able to call her and I heard back from her the same day. She never made me feel dumb or like I was bothering her. Her staff is just as good. If Michelle was not available I could call the office and everyone was so helpful. I have suggested Michelle to a few other people because I have had nothing but a good experience there.

I haven't visited them, but I spoke to a paralegal here who seemed to have a big head about doing bankruptcy for 20 years. I ASKED about student loans in bankruptcy and she immediately copped out saying it has NEVER been done. So if you really have an issue, and want someone to fight for you... might not be the best place.. I understand that its nearly impossible to file bankruptcy and include a student loan.. But the attitude she had was pathetic, almost felt bad for her.. Her attitude was basically you need us, we don't need you.. I guess she forgot that it's people with issues like mine that keep their business alive. Any way definitely going to cancel my appointment

So Samuel diaz you never used her but she gave you free advice and you give her a 1 because she was honest with you over the phone!! She said what you did not want to hear so you took it out on her grow up!!!
