John Filice of Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg & Gifford is wonderful! I had been putting off preparing estate documents for years but when COVID broke out over three years ago, as a healthcare provider over 60, I overpaid for a poorly constructed, never notarized will. Today, I have straightened everything out, and John Filice of RGS&G is the reason. John gently marched me through the process. He even read my mind and made a point to provide explanations before I asked. I can’t say enough good things about about my experience and his service. RGS&G practices law with old-fashioned ethics, patience, and kindness. Highly recommended!!

I was originally supposed to be represented by Matthew Quigg from this law firm for a PCRA filed in 2021. From the time the PCRA was initiated until now, I only had three interactions with Mr. Quigg. He often scheduled phone calls but never followed through. In 2023, the judge ordered Matthew to explain his delay in amending my PCRA or filing a Finley letter. Just two days before his court appearance, Mr. Quigg contacted me with apologies, saying my case had “slipped through the cracks.” I later emailed him after missing his court appearance to inquire about the case’s outcome, but received no response. To my surprise, he filed a motion to withdraw, even though he hadn’t heard the full details of my case. I asked if he had my trial transcripts to assess my PCRA claims, but, as expected, received no response. I cannot vouch for the other attorneys at this law firm, but I strongly advise against working with Matthew Quigg.

Reconsider another firm if you are apart of the LGBTQIA+ community! This firm is NOT AN ALLY!!! At the very least I expected respect and politeness from the associates working there but I did not get that at all. I inquired to persue a case against a facility that had harassed and discriminated against A MINOR who is LGBTQIA+. The firm’s response was to say the least impolite and abusive. Rushing me off the phone invalidating the entire incident as if it meant nothing. Questioning why I called in the first place and was extremely rude and uncongenial. They don’t care about the children of the LGBTQIA+ community and they don’t care to even be professional. These people are not LGBTQIA+ ally’s!

Mr. Wilkov is a rockstar! Tremendous amount of knowledge around law and super professional. He always finds a way to destress a situation and put things into the right perspective. I would recommend him for anyone who needs to seek legal counsel in the Philadelphia area.

Greg Gifford has been my go to attorney for everything who I trust implicitly.
