Was hired to defend or represent me.She was the only (cheap PD)I could aford.She never talked to me but 1 time,me calling about 10.Couldnt get another PD.1st hearing she wanted me to take a plea deal ,I said no I'm innocent,I was attacked and hit with ice tea.The 2and hearing no evidence,crosexamination of the other party.She refused to represent the appeal.This isnt a lawyer who I could recommend a fair outcome

I cant say enough positive things about Jodi Griffis. From her professional demeanor to her extreme knowledge of the law, she made my first contact in the legal system less stressful than anticipated. Jodi calmed my nerves, answered all my questions and phone calls, and truly helped me get through a difficult situation.

I knew my case well enough to know that I needed to take it to trial but Jodi assured me she could plea it down. She did get a descent plea agreement but did NOT understand the DOT fines or drivers license ramifications. I in good conscious can not recommend this attorney for any case which requires a trial or has DOT requirements.
