If you are looking for a well qualified lawyer with great knowledge and experience, look no further! This is the first time I have ever dealt with a legal case and I could tell from the start that Tom would take my case very seriously. I felt very confident from the first call I had with him, that I was being heard! If there is information to share you better believe that Tom and Linda are sharing it. After being hit in a violent head-on collision that caused multiple injuries to my husband and me, our daughter was persistent that we retain an attorney. We interviewed three lawyers. One showed up unapologetically late. The second was too busy tooting their own horn and seemed unconcerned for our injuries and physical well-being. Tom however took the time to ask how we were, what injuries we sustained, how our medical treatment was being handled and provided guidance for the next step of the process. He got to work immediately. My husband’s injuries were not as severe as mine so his recovery time was much shorter. Tom maintained a strong stance against the opposition and was able to obtain a relatively quick and very satisfactory settlement for my husband. My injuries required three surgeries, physical therapy, many doctors appointments and considerably more time. Throughout my ordeal, Tom provided great support and guidance. With respect to the legal process he made sure I had a thorough understanding of what would, could or might not happen. He made sure I was well prepared for testimony. Additionally, he made no promises of a particular settlement. Finally, I can’t express how glad I was that Tom was by my side through this extremely stressful time. He was always available when I needed him and patiently listened, through all of my tears and angst. I was awarded a very favorable settlement thanks to Tom’s tenacity. In closing I would say that negative reviews were undoubtedly written by people who were not Tom’s client.

I've known Tom for 35++ yrs and I've used Tom on numerous occasions for many different situations. He's not your typical "one trick pony" as many attorneys are now a days. He's knowledgeable in many areas, and I've always trusted him with my business. Years ago I fell 3 stories from a building with a 200 lb piece of wood attached to me, which put me in the hospital for over 3 months and resulted in 33 procedures to repair my broken body. I totally destroyed my lower extremities, broken right forearm, wrist, hand, etc.... Tom knew I was in for a long long rehab and jumped right in and handled my early concerns, and that one main thing was to make sure my family would have checks coming into my household while I was laid up. Tom handled that situation quickly to ease our early financial concerns, knowing the bills were going to be paid was something we werent going to have to be concerned with. 5 yrs. later, many surgeries & rehabs, etc.... later. I didn't want to be on this Workmans Comp for the rest of my life, I wanted to go back out into the workforce, into a much safer job off course, sales was what I had in mind. Tom tackled the most difficult Workers Comp. people out there, SWIF, better known as State Workmans Insurance Fund. This insurance company did not offer large settlements, and everybody whoever dealt with them knew that. Long story short Tom matched their highest payout they ever made to any individual. I'm not the easiest person to deal with, I know that, but Tom always stayed cool and collected with me, he has this way about him, that makes him as good of an attorney he is. Tough to explain, but I can tell you, anytime I walked into a courtroom with Tom, you just felt confident things would turn out well, and 99% of the time it did, as for the other 1%, well that was probably my fault. My wife and I have only recommended one attorney to our family and friends, and that's Tom Bass. He's a proven and trusted friend who has represented many many of our family and friends, who in turn have also recommended Tom also. That's what happens, when there's a trusted attorney in your corner, the results he gets his clients, leaves an everlasting impression on people, and they don't think twice who to refer their family and friends to when they need an attorney.
